In advance of their new album, Speed of Darkness (coming 5/31), Celtic punk band Flogging Molly will be performing at The Congress Theatre on March 11th and 12th.

Milwaukee Ave.Chicago, IL 60647 Speed of Darkness is the follow-up to 2008’s Top Ten charting album Float, and is Flogging Molly’s fifth studio album overall. Preceded by the single “Don’t Shut ’em Down”, the album is the latest extension of the energetic sounds and blue-collar themes that have become the band’s trademark. Flogging Molly’s annual “Green 17” tour began on February 8th and runs through March 19th, culminating in a performance at the Coachella Music Festival on April 15th.
