Tantric to release “Blue Room Archives” September 30th

Alternative rockers Tantric will release a compilation of new, unreleased, and acoustic material under the title of “Blue Room Archives” on September 30 through Pavement Entertainment.  This new release will follow up 2013’s highly successful 5th studio album “37 Channels”, and includes acoustic versions of the classic Tantric hits “Breakdown” and “Mourning”, as well as, the brand new single “Cynical”.

The title for the album comes from Tantric’s home studio “The Blue Room” where much production work and song writing have taken place over the band’s extensive career.  Having sold over one million albums in the United States alone, Tantric has delivered many chart topping hits over their extensive career and become a household name in the Rock and Alternative community.

This collection of songs includes acoustic versions of their 2 biggest singles “Breakdown” and “Mourning” brilliantly crafted with a modern edge. Also included are rare and unreleased tracks extending over Tantric’s entire career. A must have collection for past, present, and future fans of the band.

TEXAS IN JULY ANNOUNCES FALL TOUR WITH AFTER THE BURIAL

Posted in All Metal, News, Shows, Videos with tags , , , , , , , , , , , , , , on August 7, 2014 by Randy

Pennsylvania metal band Texas In July will join After The Burial on a fall headlining tour, which kicks off on September 13th in Moorhead, MN. The band will be touring as direct support behind their highly anticipated full-length record, Bloodwork, which is due out on September 16th via Equal Vision Records. Tickets for the tour are on sale now at http://soundrink.com/front/tour/after-the-burial.

Texas In July recently announced the impending release of their fourth studio album, Bloodwork, and debuted a video for their song “Broken Soul.” The new song and upcoming album marks the band’s first record with their new singer, JT Cavey, who has reinvigorated the band with his brutal screams and cathartic vocals.
With the addition of Cavey, along with cohorts Adam Gray (drums), Chris Davis (guitar) and Ben Witkowski (bass), Texas In July approached the recording of Bloodwork with a new sense of purpose and direction, holding nothing back as they unleashed some of the heaviest riffs and aggressive music the band has ever written. The result is nothing short of a torrential downpour of neck-snapping metal that will rain down on fans next month.
The band is currently on the road in Europe with IWRESTLEDABEARONCE and will return in September for the fall’s most brutal tour with After The Burial. Get tickets now!
