Olympia, Washington’s traditional heavy metal band, CHRISTIAN MISTRESS, will release their Relapse Records debut album.entitled Possession onFebruary 28, 2012. The album is currently available for pre-order from the Relapse Web Store HERE, and on iTunes HERE.

Possession, was recorded with former The Fucking Champs guitarist Tim Green at Louder Studios (Melvins, Saviours) and mastered by John Golden at Golden Mastering.  A complete tracklisting plus a stream of the track “Haunted Hunted” can be accessed via the band’s official Band Camp page here.

CHRISTIAN MISTRESS (Christine Davis: vocals, Oscar Sparbel: guitar, Ryan McClain: guitar, Jonny Wulf: bass, Reuben Storey: drums) formed in 2009, while the band’s 2010 LP, Agony & Opium, received international critical acclaim for its unflinchingly authentic take on American heavy metal.
